On or about day 30:
Per our employment agreement and timetable we submit to you for your input and approval the specified materials to enable you to make contact and follow up with the companies who have reported they make products similar to yours, based on product or sic code.
- Biographic profile of companies, includes name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, and if available, contact person, number of employees, annual sales, private or public company, etc.
- Drafts of printed material to introduce yourself and your invention. Letter of introduction, Agreement to review, Resume, Situation Artwork.
- Drafts of printed materials to follow-up with companies who respond.
On or about day 37:
- You return to us the specified materials with your input, approval and instructions regarding your choice of:
- Color of stationery
- Decorative border
- Letterhead
On or about day 47
- You receive from us, individually addressed, professionally prepared, specified materials
- You sign the letters and along with the other introductory materials
- You place the envelopes in a mailbox of your choice
